Chemical Injection Skids:
EESR offers compact solutions for multipart process applications. All of our chemical injection units are user-friendly in terms of ease of use, uptime, maintainability and reliability. We are specialized in developing and producing all kinds of chemical injection kits according to our customer’s requirements and ARAMCO standards.
- The aim to introduce chemicals into the system is to prevent the mechanical reliability of the system from accelerating decay and prevent scale formation.
- EESR plans, frames, tests, commissions and installs all custom injection systems to customer requirements for a variety of process applications.
Wellhead Control Panels:
PLC-based wellhead control systems are modified as the Instrumented Protection System (IPS) for open/close series, run, stop and control wellhead valve safety necessities, assemble a high level of consistency, ease of use, and functional safety.
- WSD Panels are used to observe, organize (remote/local) and safely shut down subsurface controlled safety valves (SCSSV), surface safety valves (SSV) and other wellhead safety valves ( throttling, ESD, HIPPS) in oil and gas manufacturing fields to guarantee the safe process of unwatched wells/rigs.
- The wellhead control panel is equipped with a hydraulic pump/electric hand pump to generate the hydraulic power required to operate the well valves. Hydraulic logic manifold pressure is acquired from the main hydraulic manifold using a hydraulic regulator and the necessary control and shutoff logic is developed. The panel can be controlled locally and remotely.
